Return Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Return Policy sets out the rules for reservation cancellation, early termination of rental, late vehicle return, handling of vehicle malfunctions, and refund procedures.

1.2. This policy applies to all reservations made directly via the website, by phone, email, or in person at Go Rental Cars service points.

2. Reservation Cancellation

2.1. The customer has the right to cancel the reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time.

2.2. In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, the reservation fee is non-refundable.

3. Early Vehicle Return

3.1. The minimum rental period is 1 day.

3.2. In the case of an early return (e.g., after 5 days out of a 6-day reservation), the unused time is non-refundable.

4. Late Vehicle Return

4.1. The customer is obliged to return the vehicle on the date and time specified in the rental agreement.

4.2. A delay of up to 1 hour is allowed without additional charges.

4.3. If the delay exceeds 1 hour, a full additional day is charged according to the current price list.

5. Malfunctions and Technical Issues

5.1. If a vehicle malfunction occurs that prevents safe operation, the customer must immediately contact Go Rental Cars support.

5.2. The customer is entitled to:

  • Cancel the agreement free of charge
  • Or receive a replacement vehicle of the same class, if available

5.3. If the agreement is canceled due to technical issues beyond the customer’s control, the full amount will be refunded.

6. Refunds

6.1. Refunds due to reservation cancellation or other justified reasons are processed promptly after verifying the claim.

6.2. The refund processing time depends on the payment operator and the customer’s bank:

  • 1–2 business days for card payments
  • 1–3 business days for bank transfers
  • Cash payments – refunded the same way (e.g., at a service point)

6.3. Refunds are always issued using the same method as the original payment.

7. Final Provisions

7.1. Go Rental Cars reserves the right to modify this Return Policy. Any changes will be published on the website and become effective on the date of publication.

7.2. For matters not covered by this document, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act (where applicable) shall apply.
